What if They Sell on Their Own |

We have our home listed with an agent. What happens if we sell it on our own (i.e. we tell a friend the house is for sale, they decide to buy it and don't have an agent) Do we still have to pay the comission to our listing agent although the buyer never even saw the listing on MLS? |

That would have been a good question to ask before you signed your listing contract. My guess is that you have promised to pay a commission if the house is sold during the listing period -- period. Read it over for yourselves. |
