  Is it illegal to show real estate in colorado if you're not a realtor?
 
  It is illegal to accept any fee or commission for performing real estate services for someone else without a license.  It's not illegal to show your own property, and I suppose it wouldn't be against the law to help somone else if you didn't receive any payment.
