Seller is Lying

  The seller has deliberately misrepresented material facts on the seller disclosure statement, what do I do as the listing salesperson ?
 
 

Discuss the situation with your supervising broker.  Discuss it with the seller, pointing out the dangers, the potential liability, future complications etc.  And if the seller doesn't mend his or her ways, your office should refuse the agency.  You cannot afford to take part in fraud.
