Representing the Bank |
| |
 |
I am a realtor representing a seller who is a bank. They received an offer the day after listing the property. They rejected the offer and requested the property remain on the market for 10 days, then tell all those making an offer to bring their highest and best. Is this legal in New York State |

Like any seller, the bank can do whatever they want with offers, as long as they don't violate fair housing laws. Frankly, from what I've been hearing, it can be frustrating to deal with bank-owned property, so I'd just advise patience. |
