Property Management

Does a property manager need a Real Estate license in NJ?

Certainly not if managing the property he or she owns.  Doing it for another and for a fee--?  Certainly yes if working for more than one property owner.  But if an employee of a firm that owns real estate, and working for that firm only -- probably yes, but that's all I can say for sure.
