Do you have to have a real estate brokers license to own a real estate company or can you open an office and have a licensed broker operate it and have the realtors licenses hung under said broker? |

If you're talking about a brokerage company, one that makes its money from fees on helping other people buy and sell real estate, then yes, you cannot participate in the profits from those fees unless you are a licensed broker. |
