One Broker or Two?
	I am buying and selling in the same area (Clermont FL just outside Orlando) is it better to use one realtor for the sale of my house and the purchase of the new one or should I use two different realtors one for each transaction? Thanks

	If I were doing it, I'd retain one agent for both transactions. That might help dovetail the two better.
