  I'm a new agent and I want to build a good foundation. What should I do as a new agent on a daily basis to jumpstart my business?
 
  YOu need guidance and training suited to your particular market, from your managing broker.  But one book I'd recommend highly is "Your Successful Real Estate CAreer" by Kenneth Edwards.  Good luck!
