Neighbor Wants the House |

I have my home listed with a realtor.
Last night, our neighbors came over and said that they are interested in our home - but, DO NOT/WILL NOT work with a realtor.
What I want to know is - How long after my contract with my realtor has ended, would I have to wait to sell my house to my neighbors (without having to pay the realtor any fees, etc.)?
