	I HAVE A CLIENT WHO ASKED ME FOR A RELEASE OF A LISTING, AND I GAVE IT TO HER. NOW SHE DOESN'T WANT TO CONTINUE THE RELEASE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I CAN DO. TAKE ANOTHER LISTING OR KEEP THE SAME LISTING? . THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

	That listing is dead. Take a new one. But as the listing is made with the brokerage, not with you individually (I assume), you should be getting guidance from your supervising broker, not from me.
