License Needed?

  Do you need a real estate license to act as a commercial agent for a client in the state of Texas?
 
  It's not clear in what capacity you'd be acting. Will you be on salary for one employer only? My guess is that whatever it is you're contemplating will indeed require a license, but you'd better take your question to the Texas Real Estate Commission, at www.trec.state.tx.us.
