License is Inactive
  My Assoc. broker license is currently inactive. I would like to start to sell my home by owner instead of activating my license. Can I sell by owner and disclose that I have a broker license?

  You can certainly offer your home "by owner" but it's only fair to mention to prospective buyers that you have had a license in the past.
