Hiring an Assistant |

I want to hire an assistant for me, I am a realtor and am at the point where i need one in my career. I live in washington state and haven't the slightest idea of what to pay him/her. How much should i pay a good real estate assistant? |

As an active broker, you know, I'm sure, that the way to price a house is by comparison with similar nearby ones that have recently sold. And you know that the way to set a rent figure is by investigating how much is being paid of comparable rentals in that neighborhood
Same thing for office help. Ask other Realtors how much they're paying, or what they think it will take to attract good help. |
