Can you break a contract with a real estate agency to sign on with another agency?? If so, what is the penalty for doing so ?? Thanks.

You can always cancel the agency you gave to one company. You might be held responsible for their out-of-pocket expenses like advertising, though that isn't always requested.
I'd suggest first making sure the other agency wants to take you on under those circumstances. |
