Broker Doesn't Agree

I negotiated a commission to sell my house with a listing agent. We signed the papers. Now the broker, who did not sign, refuses to list the house, because he doesn't agree with the commission . Do I have any options?

As usual, I have to start by saying I haven't seen the documents involved and I don't have all the details.  But in general:  Only the brokerage company is allowed to charge the public for real estate services, and your listing contract would be made with the company, not the individual agent you were dealing with.  If the managing broker doesn't want to ratify what the salesperson arranged, you don't have a binding contract.  You can't hold the company to anything that wasn't in writing and signed.
Your options are to try negotiating directly with the broker, or else to list with some other company.
