Agent Was Nasty |

I am selling my Condo,and when I was in the process of chosing an agent, she was very nasty and degrading as we were preparing the place to sell. I decided not to list with her. She called me and said she would do everything in her power to see that my home did not sell. Then she sent a sarcastic e-mail saying she was taking credit for
preparing my home and wished me luck in selling . How can this person camophage the sale. She is ruthless. Also some people have set up appts. who obviously had no intentions to buy. I don't trust them in my home. Can I report her or what.? |

You need to find an agent you can trust, someone who inspires confidence. Your agent will take care of appointments and free you of these worries. Call three different agencies, ask them to send someone over, let them give you their presentations, then list with the one who feels right.
As for the agent who was nasty -- report what she said to the supervising broker in her office. They'll want to know how you feel about her. |
