If you are an owner agent and want to list your property with your RE agency, can you list it as an exclusive agency listing or EAL? |

Do I understand you right? You want to know if you can list it so that if you sell it yourself, you wouldn't owe any commission, not even a split to your company? The answer lies in your company's policy. Talk it over with your managing broker. And -- if you want multiple listing,does your MLS accept exclusive agencies? |
